Juliet Huddy Going National!

I read some great news this morning about Huddy's new morning show.
From TV Week:

Twentieth Television has now cleared daytime chatfest “The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet” in 70 percent of the country. The pickups solidify the show’s base for a full national launch in the fall.

The series, which is currently on the air on a number of stations owned by Fox, will launch in varying timeframes depending on the station. Some will begin airing the show within the next couple of weeks, while others will wait for the fall depending on the station’s immediate needs.

The syndicator has added twelve new affiliates, increasing its roster to 68 markets overall with 25 of the top 30 represented. Among the new affiliates are: KTVU-TV in San Francisco, KCRA-TV in Sacramento, WRTV-TV in Indianapolis and KUSI-TV in San Diego. Among the outlets picking up the show are stations from the Cox, Hearst-Argyle, Sinclair and Raycom groups.

“These stations represent what we are looking for in new affiliates for “The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet,” including strong time periods and a viewership that matches our target audience,” said Bob Cook, President, Twentieth Television.

“The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet” launched Jan. 22 and is broadcast live from the FOX studios in New York, Monday through Friday.

Increased exposure is always a good thing. And while Juliet Huddy is ironing out her morning routine, this fall she can expect to hit a ton of new markets. Fantastic news, and a sign that this show is staying put for the long haul.
